FAQs

Do You Hire Skates?

Yes we have got skate hire available from a Childs size 10 to an Adults 12. Skate Hire is £1.95pp. Please add the skate sizes required to the booking form when making a booking

No. We do not provide any protective equipment suich as helmets, pads etc. You are welcome to bring and use your own.

Yes of course, All skates must have rubber wheels and either have stoppers or toe plugs.

Whilst we usually have tickets for sale at the door we are limited to 60 tickets per session, so to avoid disappointment and ensure entry for you and your friends we recommend you buy online or organise a party booking reservation.

We don’t have any lockers at present

We are pleased to offer a wide range of drinks and snacks/sweets, as well as a hot food option. The best part… it’s all very reasonably priced with Chicken Nuggets & Chips at just £3.00

Yes we have a number of different options for both  Junior and over 18’s events. Please send an enquiry through the contact form or email info@rollerize.co.uk for further details and to ask us about any specific needs for your event or availability.

All the online tickets are non-refundable, If you have purchased a ticket and would like to request a change in date please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request depending on availability at that time.

Absolutely! We have friendly stewards on hand who are more than happy to help you in the best way that they can. 

We prohibit the use of Scooters, Heelys, Skateboards etc. Only Roller Skates / Blades are permitted to be used.

Absolutlely, You are more than welcome to walk around with your child and assist them with skating. If you need any tips or tricks then speak to one of our friendly steward team.

I just hired Chris from Rollerize for my daughter’s 16th birthday this Saturday.. which was a surprise so he had to be extra accommodating (with sizes and music) and I will say it was truly the best ever … I went for an 80’s theme and he totally lit the place up and his 2 Stewards that worked the floor were outstanding… looking after everyone and making sure that everyone was having a great time … I went looking for a roller disco thinking that it was a pipe dream so was over the moon to find Rollerize! Couldn’t recommend them more
